Our tips for a successful event
Is Villa Patrizia suitable for events with a smaller number of guests?
Absolutely. Our philosophy is built on tailored hospitality: we don't impose minimum guest counts or capacity requirements. The venue is designed to make guests feel valued, whether it's a reception for 20 people or 100.
Can the ceremony be held directly at the Villa?
Yes, we make the park and the indoor halls available for civil or symbolic ceremonies, in a striking and private setting.
Is the venue reserved exclusively for one event per day?
Yes. We believe privacy is essential. On the day of your event, the villa, the park and all the spaces are entirely and exclusively yours.
How is catering handled? Do you use external caterers?
We take care of every detail directly with our in-house kitchen. We don't use external caterers: this lets us guarantee the freshest ingredients, high quality, and close attention to intolerances, celiac disease and specific dietary choices.
Is there a room available for the couple during the day?
Yes, the villa has a private room reserved for the couple as an exclusive base throughout the event (for changing, hair and makeup touch-ups, or a moment to relax), though we do not offer overnight accommodation.
Can I request a quote before visiting the venue?
We strongly recommend an in-person visit before finalizing anything. Every event is unique: it's essential for us that you experience the atmosphere of the spaces and that we understand your needs, so we can put together a proposal that's truly tailored to you.
How is the music and dancing handled?
We have an indoor hall dedicated exclusively to music and dancing. Being acoustically separate, it lets the celebration continue at full energy, without overly strict time limits.
Will guests find parking easily on arrival?
Yes, the villa includes a large private parking area located directly within the property, for maximum convenience from the moment guests arrive.
