Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files that visited sites send to a user's device, where they are stored before being sent back to the same sites on a later visit.

This site does not use profiling cookies, third-party statistical/analytics cookies, or advertising cookies. There is therefore no consent-collection banner: none is needed, because we do not install any non-essential cookies.

The only cookie set directly by this site is admin_session, a technical cookie used exclusively to maintain access to the restricted admin area. It is only created upon login to that area — never during ordinary browsing by visitors — lasts 8 hours, is httpOnly, and is never used for tracking purposes.

On the Contact page we show a Google Maps map with the Villa's location. To protect your privacy, the map is not loaded automatically: it is only shown after you click the "Load map" button. From that moment, Google may set its own cookies, according to its privacy policy.

The WhatsApp button on the site is a simple link to +39 338 725 4564 via wa.me: it sets no cookies and opens the WhatsApp app or website only if you click it voluntarily.

The social icons at the bottom of the page are direct links to Instagram and Facebook: they set no cookies on our site; their respective privacy policies apply once you follow the link.

You can delete stored cookies and prevent new ones at any time through your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).

This Cookie Policy may be updated in the event of changes to the site or applicable law.
